Service Description

The practice of kinesiology is a regulated health care profession in Ontario. Individuals regulated with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario are referred to as Kinesiologists. Kinesiologists study movements of the human body and work to help optimize individual's health through the act of exercises and body movements. ​Area of practice includes but is not limited to: - Pre and post- surgical rehabilitation - Muscle strengthening - Sport injuries - Gait training - Sprain and strains - Muscle tightness - Work related injuries - Diabetes - Chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) - Weight loss
