Athletic Therapist
Reesa Barrett, CAT(C), BA Kin
Reesa is a Certified Athletic Therapist passionate about helping patients recover from injury, maintain their health, and return to the activities they enjoy. She graduated from York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and a certificate in Athletic Therapy.

Reesa has worked with university and college varsity teams, high-level travel programs, and professional athletes, bringing a well-rounded, practical approach to care. Reesa treats a wide range of conditions including muscle and joint injuries, sprains and strains, post-surgical rehabilitation, overuse injuries, and pain related to work or daily activity.
With a background in competitive athletics, she understands the physical and mental demands of an active lifestyle and uses that insight to develop client-focused treatment plans. Reesa is certified in Soft Tissue Release (Level 1) and has completed concussion training through CATT, supporting safe and confident recovery.

As an Emergency First Responder, Reesa is comfortable managing both acute injuries and ongoing concerns in a clinical setting. She values clear communication, individualized care, and building trust with every patient. Outside the clinic, Reesa enjoys focusing on self-care and listening to music.
